Ordering from the mmse.co.uk shop
• Children - mmse.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you may use mmse.co.uk only with the involvement of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
• Incorrect addresses - mmse.co.uk will not be held responsible for missing items if you have made an error with your delivery address.
• Product Availability - Due to high demands or discontinued stock, we reserve the right to cancel any items from your order at our own discretion.
• Due to the way our website stock system is run, some items may appear to be in stock but due to high demand within the hour these figures can sometimes be incorrect and therefore your items will be placed onto back order and will be dispatched to you as soon as possible when fresh stocks have been received by us.
Please note: We, mmse.co.uk, hold the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons which may or may not be disclosed.

• Where possible the image shown represents the goods. However, certain pictures may represent a different manufacturer, a generic form, a range of goods or an advertising image. In these cases the image does not necessarily accurately represent the product.

Postage and dispatch
Carriage charges are for the UK. Please get in touch before you order to confirm carriage charges outside the UK
• UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service, Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service or Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service
• All orders that include an own logo product in addition to non-logo products will attract 2 delivery charges as 2 separate deliveries will be required.
• We endeavour to deliver all items within 4-6 working days of payment. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.
• All orders placed after 11am will not be processed until the following working day.
• Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, non inclusive of UK Bank Holidays.
Missing items / returning items
If your items are missing, faulty or not as described, the following will apply to you...
• You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days.
• You must notify us of any 'wrongly received items' or 'unwanted items' within 7 days.
• If your item has been mis-described and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 7 days so that we can do this for you.
• We cover all return postage (up to Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel postage) for 'Faulty' or 'mis-described' items, but will not cover your return costs for unwanted items.
Payment options
All payments are processed by Paypal Secure Payments. You do not need a Paypal account - Paypal accept and process all the major credit and debit cards.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with Manchester Medical Services Ltd .
• Manchester Medical Services Ltd will only deliver to the 'Card Registered' address.
• Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full
• mmse.co.uk may request from you proof of address at any time to help prevent fraud.
Data protection
• We will never distribute any of your information to third party sites. We do send out occasional promotional emails to our customer database
Sales tax
• For all deliveries which are made outside of the UK, you may be asked to pay Sales Tax at the correct rate for your delivery country. This may be charged on top of the price paid to us, and is collected by your Post Office when your goods are delivered.
Limitation of liability
• Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Manchester Medical Services Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
