We are always open to all types of feedback, be it a compliment, a comment or a complaint. Overall the feedback we receive regarding our service is very positive however, we know that there are times when we do not always get things right.
By examining feedback it gives us a greater understanding of what is working well, and not so well. It allows us to identify areas of good practice, where lessons can be learned and in areas of concern, where improvements can be made. By raising concerns, it will help us to improve your experience, listening and understanding your concerns mean that we can make things better for you.

Manchester Medical Services will ensure any complaint is dealt with in a caring and considerate manner and we aim to acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours of receipt. We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly and as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the complainant informed throughout the process in a transparent and informative manner.
Who can I talk to if I have a concern?
If you have a problem whilst using our services, we would encourage you to speak to a member of staff immediately, who may be able to resolve your concern there and then or contact someone who can. Our supervisors and managers are available 24 hours per day 7 days per week and can be easily located for you by any member of staff. Tell them what has happened and they will do their best to try to put things right for you as quickly as possible.
What if this does not resolve my problem?
If all efforts to resolve your concerns have failed and you remain unhappy, you can make a formal complaint. you can do this via the contact us form on the website or by writing to Manchester Medical Services unit 5e Arrow Trading Estate, Corporation Road, Audenshaw, Manchester M34 5LR or by telephone on 01612449995.
Can someone make a complaint for me?
If you do not wish to make the complaint on your own, you can ask someone to make the complaint for you. We will need to get your permission before we can provide them with any information.
Please be assured that we take every comment and complaint regarding our service very seriously and by making a complaint this will not negatively affect your future use of the service we provide. Records of complaints are not held with your booking records.
